During the school year, Minnetonka Montessori invites parents, relatives, and friends to two musical programs performed by the children. They work very hard on these shows and they are truly special to watch. 
The school's music teacher comes every Wednesday for musci class, however music is also used throughout the week in the form of group songs, dancing and movement.
Show-and-tell and group reading time is held four days a week. The class holds several celebrations throughout the year including Halloween, Winter Holiday, Valentine's Day, Spring Party, and the End of School Party. There are also several field trips each year which parents are invited to attend.
